Dr. HOLLANDER (Holland Taylor)

A compassionate and gifted counselor, Dr. Hollander takes on the task of helping Deanna Cartwright through the extreme depression that she suffers as the result of being wounded in the school shooting. The emotional wall Deanna has constructed represents a particular challenge for Dr. Hollander, whose attempts at reaching her are continually thwarted as Deanna sinks deeper into despair.
